How does the purchase process work?

Choose and request one or more products from ART-A catalogue. Then you are going to receive in your email the payment form.  You can pay PayPal, credit or debit card. You have a maximum of 24 hours to make the payment (since our products are unique and handmade, it is the maximum time we can reserve the selected piece/s). The shipping process will start just after payment.

Is shipping included?

Worldwide shipping included in the price.

Please, be aware that shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs, that always depend on the destination country, will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the client once the once shipping starts.

How long does the shipment of my order take?

The maximum delivery time is two weeks;  shipping times depends on the destination. You will receive an order tracking email.

Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.

What materials are ART-A products made of?

Our products are mostly made of polymer clay and the rings are made of flexible stainless steel.

Can I ask for a return of my order?

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a return. The return costs are borne by us. The requests need to be processed via email info@art-a.studio
